Purchase final on  property for a summer cabin which is located south of Walker, AZ.

Ringler Excavation completed cutting in the pad for the cabin.

Unfortunately, the root ball from a live tree ended up falling onto the house pad and required expert removal by Ringler Excavation.



2012-04-11 The cabin plans were submitted to Yavapai County Building & Zoning Department in Prescott.  Unfortunately, it required several revisions and a lot of frustration before we were granted the building permit mid July.

Del Rio Well Drilling were successful in drilling a water well approximately 205 feet deep that produces 150+ gpm of water.

The footers are started.

And the construction of the block walls begins.

The cement garage floor is poured in the pouring rain.

Picked out the paint, stain, deck and roof color. 

 

The wildlife continue to show up at the construction site.  I hope we will be blessed with their visits while we are there.

The electric box is attached to garage wall and the block walls are getting painted.

 

The roof is dried in waiting for the metal roofing.

The most awaited part of this structure has arrived.

The roof is being completed, the large picture windows finally installed, and the deck direction determined.  Oh my, it is slowly becoming reality!

The 2nd snow storm over the weekend.  Moe had to wait for the plumber to pull him  back onto the road and put chains on the truck but once they arrived it was a

winter wonderland.



 This is the beginning of the mechanical ducting for the heating and air conditioning.

 

        Let the plumbing begin.
